Audit Services Administrator FT (customer service)
Audit Services Administrator PT (customer service)

Audit Services Administrator: Full-Time, Year-Round

This customer service position involves supporting the MassSAVE program, answering CET’s incoming phone calls, and receiving walk-in customers. MassSAVE is a statewide effort to improve the energy efficiency of homes. After customers receive an audit, they may elect to contract with CET for insulation and air sealing services. This position supports the MassSAVE program by tracking contracts, transferring data files, billing customers, scheduling inspections, answering customer’s questions about the program, and providing general administrative support.

Possible Responsibilities:

  • Answering CET’s incoming calls and directing as appropriate
  • Selling energy conservation materials to walk-in customers
  • Providing information about program offerings
  • Tracking contract completions in databases
  • Invoicing customers for completed contracts
  • Scheduling inspections and audits
  • Tracking customer involvement in loan program
  • Manipulating data files
  • Preparing materials for field staff completing contracted services
  • Tracking and managing calibration of field equipment
  • Providing general administrative support, including copying, faxing, preparing materials, and completing database entry
  • Tracking the supply of paperwork (including forms and audit packets) and ensuring it is adequate, and making copies and ordering new materials as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent computer and database skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge about home construction / renovation
  • Passion for the environment and community involvement
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer service focus and experience

This position will be a full-time, year-round salaried position with benefits. The position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week, and the expected range of hours per week is 35-40. The position will be based at our Pittsfield office.

This position will likely be 30 hours/week in the winter months and 20 hours/week in the summer months. Hours may differ from this depending on demand. Benefits will be pro-rated based on the number of hours working. The position will be based at our Pittsfield office.
