Consulting with builders, architects, subcontractors and home owners, CET’s staff will perform a whole house analysis of the building plans and specifications, diagnostic testing, and verification of energy efficiency and green measures.To obtain certification, builders will have to follow the Thermal Bypass Checklist, a list of construction details that ensure a tighter home.
