LEED
The LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. Members of the U.S. Green Building Council representing all segments of the building industry developed LEED and continue to contribute to its evolution.

Passive House
According to the Passive House Institute: Passive building cuts energy consumption by 60-80 percent compared to code buildings. Certified passive buildings provide superior comfort, indoor air quality, and resilience.

ENERGY STAR®
The Center for EcoTechnology can provide all of your ENERGY STAR® certification needs. According to Mass Save: ENERGY STAR® qualified homes meet strict energy guidelines established by the Environmental Protection Agency and are at least 15% more energy-efficient than homes built to the 2004 International Residential Code (IRC). They also are preferred by many homebuyers because they save money on utilities, are more comfortable and help protect the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Modular Plant ENERGY STAR® certification
In order for a modular home to be certified ENERGY STAR® it must be rated by a third-party rater. That’s us! Contact us today to get started.
