  • *Fluorescent Lamps-Can be brought to Covanta on Hubbard ave. at no charge. Latex paint will not be accepted. Usable paint can be given away through freecycle.org or some non-profits. Empty or dried-up cans of latex can be recycled with scrap metal. Or empty latex/oil-based paints/stains can be disposed with the regular trash.
