Truman Gets Composting

Truman Elementary School in New Haven has launched a composting initiative to educate students about sustainability and waste reduction.

Kindergarteners are actively participating by sorting compostable materials, such as milk cartons, under the guidance of a CET Waste Reduction Consultant. This hands-on approach aims to instill environmental responsibility from an early age.
