What Can You Upgrade with the Energy Saver Home Loan?

With the Energy Saver Home Loan, you get more than just financing. You get a dedicated Concierge Service Provider—like CET—who walks with you from idea to completion. But what exactly can you cover with the loan?

Low-Interest Rates Based on Your Income

Qualified homeowners can access a fixed 20-year loan with interest rates as low as 0.5% or 2.0%, depending on household income and location—with no down payment required.

The rate will depend on the income of all the people listed on the property deed.

Let’s do the Math with .5%

A homeowner with a $50,000 loan at 0.5% interest pays just $20.83 /month in interest for the first 18 months, followed by $235.85 /month in principal and interest for the remainder of the 20-year term.

And here’s the key: Monthly loan payments are often less than the energy savings generated by your home upgrades—so the improvements can essentially pay for themselves.

Disclaimer: Actual savings and monthly payments may vary based on your home, energy usage, project scope, and loan terms.
