Reworld & CET

Reworld partners with CET to conduct outreach and implement programs that identify and divert elemental mercury and mercury-containing devices from the waste stream in the municipalities and organizations it serves. In addition to quarterly newsletters, resource documents, and mercury recycling funding, quarterly meetings are hosted to support municipalities and organizations in achieving the mutual goal of diverting mercury from the waste stream.

These meetings are designed to be interactive, and participants are encouraged to share their experiences, including challenges they have encountered and best practices they have learned. This session will include a tour and an opportunity to learn more about the program, connect with other participating municipalities and organizations, and discuss strategies for safely managing mercury-containing devices.

We will be meeting in-person, at Reworld Haverhill, for a tour of their operations. We kindly ask that those who are joining us wear non-slip, closed-toed shoes and bring safety glasses if you have them. We look forward to seeing you then.
